About FORECASTER
FORECASTER was a EU project funded by the IWRM-Net and Delft Cluster which run from October 2008 to September 2010. The project aimed at linking science with practical implementation of robust, cost efficient rehabilitation strategies for improving rivers and standing waters. The main output of FORECASTER is this web-based tool documenting experiences on river restoration case studies. This tool will be extended in the LIFE+ Information and Communication project RESTORE, coordinated by the Environment Agency of England and Wales and with contributions from all participants of the European Centre for River Restoration.
